In the Big 12 this week we had some great games. Kansas State and Bill Snyder welcomed Turner Gill into the conference with a Kansas welcome party by soundly whipping them 59-7. If Gill is going to hang around he is going to have to get some consistency within his program.
Missouri and Gary Pinkel hung a L on Coach Mike Sherman and the A&M Aggies 30-9. Tommy Tubberville after coming over from the SEC had his hands full as the grown men of Oklahoma State defeated Texas Tech 34-17. Baylor beat Colorado 31-25. Oklahoma romped and stomped on Iowa State 52-0 and last but not least. Texas said goodbye to Bo Pallini in a proper Big 12 fashion by defeating the so called #5 Nebraska Cornhuskers 20-13
With Missouri leading the northern Big12 at 6-0 followed by Kansas State and Nebraska and Oklahoma and Oklahoma State both undefeated in the Southern division, the Big 12 is going to have a really exciting 2nd half of this season.
